AFTER A HUGE WIN SATURDAY VERSUS THE COLTS THE CHARGERS MIGHT BE HEADED FOR SOME PLAY OFF COMPLICATIONS WITH THE ARREST OF WIDE RECIEVER VINCENT JACKSON THIS MORNING AT 2 AM.
JACKSON WAS STOPPED ON THE 52 AFTER AN HIGHWAY PATROL OFFICER WATCHED HIM BRAKING ABRUPTYLY, WEAVING, AND SPEEDING IN HIS 2008 SIERRA. JACKSON CURRENTLY IS ON PROBABTION FOR A PREVIOUS DUI CONVICTION AND WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO COUNTY.

THE ARRESTING OFFICER DID ADMIT THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW JACKSON'S BLOOD ALCHOOL LEVEL AT THE TIME OF THE ARREST AND AS OF NOW CHARGES HAVE NOT BEEN OFFICIALLY FILED. A REPORT WILL BE FILED WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE ON POSSIBLE MISDAMEANOR CHARGES WITHIN "THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS."
JACKSON RELEASED A BRIEF STATEMENT SATING HE DIDN'T BELIEVE CHARGES WOULD BE FILED.
"In the event they are, I look forward to clearing my name and proving my innocence".
